I offer a variety of support for adults using an eclectic approach to treatment. I believe in a collaborative and transparent therapy process, where I provide relevant psychoeducation, and discuss methods which I think will be effective based on your current circumstances and goals. If you’ve previously engaged in therapy, feel free to share your experiences so we can build on what worked for you and what didn’t. Together, we can ensure you get the most out of our sessions.

Individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Sessions take place in a beautiful office space with lots of greenery and natural lighting (Nirvana House). On-site parking available.
Telehealth (online) sessions allow clients to receive psychological support from the comfort and convenience of their own home. I utilize a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.
