I am a general psychologist who provides therapy to adults. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique journeys, not only through difficult times but to also thrive beyond them. I have a warm but conversational and “real” approach, supporting individuals to feel safe sharing and exploring some of their most vulnerable inner experiences.
My areas of interest include:
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time anywhere I can find a waterfall, seeing live music, and spending time with my family and playing with our animals (two Bulldogs and a Pygmy Dragon).

I offer a variety of support for adults using an eclectic approach to treatment. I believe in a collaborative and transparent therapy process, where I provide relevant psychoeducation, and discuss methods which I think will be effective based on your current circumstances and goals. If you’ve previously engaged in therapy, feel free to share your experiences so we can build on what worked for you and what didn’t. Together, we can ensure you get the most out of our sessions.

I draw from the following therapeutic approaches:
· Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
· Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
· Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Mindfulness
· Trauma-Informed Care
· Schema Therapy (ST)
· Strength-Based Therapy
· Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
